General Operation
Can I come see the space?
Of course! Contact us and we'll arrange a personal tour.
What are the coworking opening hours?
The coworking space is accessible to members 24/7. If you're interested in a space, please contact us.
Membership
How is membership paid?
Payments are made 3 months in advance.
Example: If you want to start working from February 1, 2026, you prepay your membership until April 30, 2026. With the HUBB package, you pay €547, due no later than your first day at the coworking space, i.e. February 1, 2026
Do you offer payment by invoice?
Yes, all services are invoiced. You can download invoices from your profile in the coworking web application and they will also be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Are you VAT registered?
No, the prices in the price list are final. Since we are not VAT registered, the amount you see is exactly what you pay.
How is membership renewed?
The contract is for an indefinite period with a 2-month notice period. Membership renews automatically. If the invoice for the next 3-month prepayment is not paid by the due date, the contract will end on the last day of the last prepaid month.
I don't want to work in the coworking anymore, how do I do that?
The contract can be terminated with a 2-month notice period. For example, if you notify us in September that you don't want to continue, the notice period starts from October 1 and the contract ends on November 30. Payments must be made until this date.
Can my membership be canceled?
Yes, membership can be canceled in case of serious violation of coworking rules. The remaining prepaid amount is not refunded in this case. Partial refund may be subject to individual agreement with the operator.
Workspaces and Equipment
Do I have my space guaranteed?
Yes, all packages include a fixed desk. You have your space and work desk guaranteed.
What equipment is in the coworking space?
Work desks, a network printer, and a scanner are available. Each member provides their own chair, monitor(s), and other work equipment individually.
What are the dimensions of the work desks?
Desks have dimensions of 160 cm (width) × 80 cm (depth) and standard height.
Can I bring my own desk?
Yes, with prior agreement and consent from the coworking operator.
Can I leave personal items in the space?
Yes, however the space does not have lockable cabinets. If interested, you can bring your own lockable cabinet, which must be placed under the work desk.
Is there fast internet in the coworking?
Yes, there is a fiber optic network and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
Is a printer and scanner available?
Yes, members can use the printer and scanner for free, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy.
Open space and meeting room
What is the capacity of the coworking and meeting room?
Coworking has a maximum capacity of 10 workstations, which are intended exclusively for members as fixed desks. The meeting room has a capacity of 10 seats.
Can I reserve the meeting room?
Yes, reservations are possible through the online booking system after logging in.
Is meeting room usage included in the membership price?
Yes, each package includes 10 hours of free meeting room use monthly.
Community and Visitors
Can I bring a client or visitor?
Yes, short-term visits are allowed. We recommend using the meeting room, which you can reserve online.
Do you organize networking or events?
Yes, we plan community and networking events for members. A condition is meeting the minimum number of participants.
Practical Questions
Is there a kitchenette and coffee in the space?
Yes, a kitchenette, coffee, tea, and basic equipment are available.
Is it possible to work in the evening or on weekends?
Yes. During quiet hours (22:00 – 6:00) and on weekends, increased consideration and noise levels must be observed. Repeated violation of coworking rules may result in membership cancellation.
Is the coworking accessible?
No. The coworking is located on the third floor and the building has no elevator. For this reason, we do not recommend the space for people with reduced mobility.
Responsibility and Rules
Can I make phone calls or have online meetings in the space?
Yes, you may make phone calls (up to 10 minutes) at your desk. For longer calls and online meetings, please use the meeting room or headphones with a microphone so as not to disturb others.
Is it possible to eat at the work desk?
Yes, with consideration for cleanliness and other members. For lunch, a separate space behind the kitchenette with seating for 2 people is primarily designated.
