What Data We Collect

- Information about coworking usage (how often and for how long you plan to use the space)
- Information about your working style and habits (e.g. video calls, work preferences)
- Your reasons for seeking a coworking space and your expectations
- Previous experience with coworking spaces
- Responses to open-ended questions (e.g. ideal coworking space, approach to shared spaces, additional information)
- Any information you voluntarily provide in free-text fields
Purpose of Processing
Processing a non-binding application for renting a coworking space, or for collecting questions about the coworking space, and then contacting the interested party to agree on the terms of the rental or answer questions.
Legal Basis
Processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. In case of optional data, processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission of your request. In case of concluding a rental agreement, the data will be retained for the duration of the rental relationship and an additional 5 years for archival obligations.

Purpose of Processing
Sending newsletters with updates, offers, tips, and information about Coworking HUBB and related services.
Legal Basis
Your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Data Retention Period
We retain your data until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in every email
- Contacting us at: info@hubb.sk
After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing emails.
3. Camera Monitoring System
What Data We Collect
- Video recordings from the camera system
- Date and time of recordings
- Data about movement and activities of individuals in monitored areas of the coworking space
Purpose of Processing
Protection of property against theft and vandalism, ensuring the safety of individuals within the Coworking HUBB premises.
Legal Basis
Processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the operator pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). The legitimate interest is the protection of property and ensuring the safety of individuals within the coworking premises.
Monitored Areas
The camera system monitors:
- Entry areas
- Common working zones
- Corridors and communication areas
- Other areas marked with information pictograms
Non-monitored areas:
The camera system is not installed in areas where it would intrude on intimate privacy, such as toilets, changing rooms, or other closed private spaces.
Data Retention Period
We retain recordings from the camera system for a maximum of 9 days from their creation. After this period expires, recordings are automatically deleted, unless they are needed to clarify a security incident or for another legitimate purpose.
Access to Recordings
Access to recordings is granted exclusively to authorized persons (the operator and designated employees). Recordings may be made available to law enforcement authorities in the event of criminal investigation or other legitimate request in accordance with the law.
Information Provision
Visitors and users of the coworking space are informed about camera monitoring through:
- Information labels placed at all entrances to monitored areas
- This personal data protection information available at hubb.sk/security
Your Rights
- Right of access – you have the right to obtain information about whether your personal data has been recorded by the camera system and to request access to these recordings
- Right to erasure – under certain conditions, you have the right to request deletion of recordings in which you are captured
- Right to object – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by the camera system based on reasons relating to your particular situation
- Right to restriction of processing – under certain conditions, you can request restriction of processing of your data
- Right to lodge a complaint – you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic
Data Security
Recordings from the camera system are secured by technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse:
- Data transmission encryption – 128-bit AES encryption with SSL/TLS protocol secures transmission between camera and application
- Password-protected access – access to recordings via application is password-protected with optional two-factor authentication
- Restricted application access – recordings in the application are accessible only to the operator
- Regular automatic deletion after expiration of the retention period (9 days)
